Pinky G's
Guy Fieri-Approved Hand-Tossed Pizzas from Jackson Hole
Pinky G’s is bringing a taste of The Big Apple to Wyoming. Founded by Tom Fay just steps from the historic Town Square in downtown Jackson Hole in 2011, Pinky G’s rocketed to fame a year later, when Guy Fieri shot an episode of “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives” there and was blown away by their hand-tossed New York-style pizzas. Since then, it’s been named the best pizzeria in Jackson Hole multiple times, has been featured on Triple-D two additional times, and an additional location has opened in Big Sky, Montana.
Pinky G’s is doing pizza right. The dough and marinara sauce are housemade from scratch daily, and the toppings are what Fieri would call “out of bounds!” Look no further than the Abe Froman, topped with spicy Italian sausage and a balsamic drizzle; or the Guy’s Pie, topped with ricotta, blue cheese, mozzarella, shredded pepperoni, roasted chicken, Frank’s hot sauce, and blue cheese dressing, invented by Guy himself. It’s some of the best New York-style pizza outside of NYC, and it’s shipping nationwide!
